It was painted by the famous Maltese artist Chev Edward Caruana Dingli who was married to her daughter. Edward lived from 1876 -1950. There was recently a magnificent exhibition of 250 of his paintings at the Palace in Valletta, Malta. Edward was my grandfather Robert's older brother. |
